    We meet once a week on Wednesdays at Tensta Swimming Pool, where we take water gymnastics together. This day, the swimming pool is only open for women. You must be a member of the Women’s Center to participate, and in addition each session costs SEK 40 entrance.

    Handicraft and everyday Swedish

    We meet once a week on Fridays and work with handicraft together. The occasions are led by Lena Insulander and Ingrid Karaduman Hansen, who offer tips and advice on how we can improve our handicrafts. Morning coffee is always provided. In addition, this is a perfect opportunity to practice your Swedish together with others.

    The Women’s center in Tensta-Hjulsta is operated almost exclusively by non-profit forces and the business is financed through association grants and funds. Our economy is precarious and we therefore gratefully accept donations, big and small. Our plusgiro number is 1075554-4.

    The annual fee for membership of the Women’s Center in Tensta-Hjulsta is SEK 200, which you can pay on the spot in the office or deposit on our plusgiro account 1075554-4.
