All courses are free and take place in our space in Tensta, but you must be a member of the Women’s Centre. Becoming a member is easy, and you can do when you visit us. If you have questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us. We look forward to seeing you!
Handicraft and everyday Swedish
We meet once a week on Fridays and work with handicraft together. The occasions are led by Lena Insulander and Ingrid Karaduman Hansen, who offer tips and advice on how we can improve our handicrafts. Morning coffee is always provided. In addition, this is a perfect opportunity to practice your Swedish together with others.

We meet once a week on Wednesdays at Tensta Swimming Pool, where we take water gymnastics together. This day, the swimming pool is only open for women. You must be a member of the Women’s Center to participate, and in addition each session costs SEK 40 entrance.
